Here it is, guys, the sequel to Sonic & SEGA All-Stars Racing has finally been officially announced.
I don't know if you've already got this question before, however. Was there a rumour about that Sega was making a Sonic CG movie or something? If yes, is there going to be one?
Mm yes, there was a rumor that SEGA MIGHT be making a CG movie, but it’s so small of a chance that you should consider it non-existent for now. The rumor arose when one of the Sonic producers (I forget who) mentioned via twitter that he was visiting the studio that usually creates the CG movies for all Sonic games. It was Sonic Stadium, I believe, that outlined a number of possibilities - the scenes could have been tests for the next main Sonic game, they could have been simple character design and animation tests (not specific to any game), or, and this is where the rumor arose from, they could be from a Sonic CG movie.
For now, don’t get too excited, because it’s much less likely than the other possibilities. But if I get wind of any more rumors on the subject, I’ll let you guys know.
